Gourmet Pantry Foods

Every part of the process individually handmade from the weighing, mixing to boiling in the old fashioned ‘coppers’ and hand wrapping and decorating. Lite and Gluten Free puddings also available.
  • Beautiful cupcakes for kids and kids at heart. Perfect for birthdays, christenings, showers, weddings or any special occasion.
  • Honey – plain, creamed and cutcomb honey collected and sold by the beekeeper.
  • Extravagant and original designed cakes for weddings, birthdays and christenings. Wedding bouquets also created to match your wedding cake with the flowers in the bouquet.
  • Over 40 varieties of fudge from the traditional to the exotic. Macadamia products – oil, spreads, honey and peanut butter.
  • Handmade Specialty Shortbread and Biscotti .
  • Gourmet Coffee beans and herbal teas . Selected and blended to your own personal specification.
  • Extensive range of pickles, mustards, chutneys, jams and marmalades , using the very best of seasonal produce available. Also liquor range. 
  • Apples that don’t travel all over the world before you bite into them. Brought down from the NSW high country into Sydney by the orchadist a few days before each fair. Also scrumptious apple pies.
  • Jams with attitude – made in small batches of gourmet seasonal & traditional jams, chutneys and marmalades.
  • Olive Oil – the most extensive range of Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil sourced from Margaret River, W.A. to Strathalbyn, S.A. and the Grampians Vic. Also presented is a range of related products including soaps and Dukkahs.
  • Gourmet foods using Australian native herbs and spices and associated products. Macadamia oil infused with Lemon Myrtle of Mt Pepper. Homemade muesli with Wattleseed and Lemon Myrtle. Lemon Myrtle and Yoghurt slice, Wattleseed Cheesecake and many more.  Packaged native herbs and spices also available for sale.
